By installing or using VIBE you agree to these terms. If you use VIBE for an organization, you confirm you may accept on its behalf.
Your account
Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
Your code stays yours
You keep all rights to your code and prompts. We claim no ownership of anything you send through the app or anything it helps you produce.
You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your requests and operate the service.
Review before you ship
AI output can be wrong. You decide what runs. Review proposed changes, diffs, and commands before applying them, especially in production systems.
Availability and changes
The product is under active development. Features may change. We aim to give notice before removing something you depend on.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using VIBE at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
